To support its current growth, BNP Paribas Securities Services is looking for a:
Private Capital Transaction Framing Officer (M/F)

Your mission:
· In charge of the maintenance of the portfolios of Private Capital Funds in the FIA (Efront) software
· Strong undertstanding of the impact of the Portfolio updates on the Accounting of the Private Capital Funds
· Depositary Ownership Verification and Recordkeeping responsabilities of the assets held by the Private Capital Funds
· Review of Multi Levels Investment Documentation and liaising with BPSS Cash Team for the release of cash payments in relation with investments
· Providing quality assurance and maintaining constant communication with the client for documentation collection, cash flow management, and portfolio sharing
· Providing support to the Fund Administration teams and auditors in order to anticipate the impact on their respective duties
· Assistance in the development of internal tools and automations

Your profile:
Dynamic professional with experience in the business of Private Capital in Luxembourg who is passionate about innovating and improving existing processes.
Education:
Master’s Degree (>=5 years)
Professional Experience:
At least 2 years in an AIFM, Management Company, Administrator, or Audit firm (Solely for Private Capital Funds)
