CONTEXT AND CHALLENGES
BNP Paribas Asset Management (BNPP AM) is the asset management arm of the BNP Paribas Group. Since 1 July 2025, the activities of AXA Investment Managers (AXA IM) have been fully integrated into BNPP AM, creating a strengthened and unified global platform.

WHAT’S YOUR DAY-TO-DAY MISSION?
As a Fund Structuring Advisor, you leverage your legal expertise to support the creation, development, and ongoing maintenance of investment funds. You are involved throughout the entire fund lifecycle, from fund launches and product enhancements to mergers, liquidations, and regulatory changes.
You contribute to the implementation of regulatory developments and work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including portfolio management, legal, compliance, risk, operations, and distribution teams. You also serve as a key point of contact for supervisory authorities.
In this role, you play a critical part in ensuring the successful and compliant execution of the asset manager’s strategic initiatives, while helping to adapt and enhance its product offering in response to evolving market conditions and regulatory requirements.
Your responsibilities
- You lead the launch of investment funds and oversee the maintenance and enhancement of their regulatory documentation, in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- You are involved at every stage of the fund lifecycle, including fund amendments, mergers, liquidations, and reorganizations.
- You ensure the implementation of regulatory developments affecting investment funds and contribute to assessing their impact on existing products.
- You support fund governance activities and help prepare decision-making bodies and committees across France, Ireland, Luxembourg, and Belgium.
- You manage relationships with regulatory authorities, industry associations, and a wide range of internal and external partners.

Professional experience and/or degree
► Master in Law, specialisation is a plus
► Knowledge of Asset Management fund legal issues
► At least 5 years of professional experience required
