·       Sur base de la décision du Comité de crédit, vous serez amené à : 

o   Rédiger les contrats de financement et les mécanismes de garanties,

o   Créer les lignes de crédit, les utilisations et les suretés dans les applications IT ;

·       Vous traiterez tous types de produits crédits généralement proposés à nos clients Personnes Morales : Fonds de roulement, Crédit d’investissements, Roll-over, crédits syndiqués, garanties bancaires, garanties d’achèvements, … 

·       Pour des dossiers plus complexes, vous coopérerez avec le Relationship Manager, les analystes crédits et Legal afin de refléter de manière précise la décision du comité de crédits, de préserver les intérêts de la banque et de livrer au client un contrat de crédit correspondant à ses besoins. 

·       Pendant l’élaboration de l’offre de crédit, vous conseillez les Relationship Managers sur les conditions contractuelles en cours de négociation avec le client.

Expérience professionnelle et/ou diplôme

Études : Master en droit des Affaires / Droit Bancaire,

Au sein de l’équipe Recrutement de BGL BNP Paribas, vous approfondirez vos connaissances en matière de Ressources Humaines lors d’une mission de stage qui vous permettra d’intervenir dans nos processus d’assistanat RH et de recrutement.

Vos missions seront les suivantes : 

Support administratif à l’équipe Recrutement : 

·         Prise de rendez-vous avec les candidats et les managers

·         Contrôles divers inhérents à notre activité de recrutement 

·         Support à la préparation des événements externes 

·         Préparation de l’accueil des nouveaux engagés

Activités quotidiennes de l’activité Recrutement en prenant en charge notamment le recrutement de nos stagiaires :

·         Publication des annonces et revue des candidatures

·         Sélection des candidats

·         Entretiens de recrutement

·         Rédaction des conventions de stage

Prise en charge de projets RH Recrutement et développement de la visibilité externe de l’équipe :

·         Participation active à différents forums de recrutements avec l’équipe (en présentiel ou à distance)

·         Développement des contacts avec les écoles/universités locales ou internationales, ainsi que les cercles étudiants et alumnis

·         Accroissement de nouveaux de canaux de recrutement : utilisation des réseaux sociaux, organisation d’événements pour promouvoir les postes
