Trainee – KYC Oversight Officer (M/F)
Trainee position – 6 months
You must provide an internship agreement covering the entire period of the internship
Your mission :
We are developing the Oversight function within the firm and in order to be compliant with regulation we need to make sure that our delegates fully respect their obligations with AML/KYC matters. Analysing reports and client data on investors,intermediaries and beneficial owners in accordance with AML/KYC regulations is key.
Your main role will be:
- Support our team in ensuring reports are produced or controlled within set deadlines
- Help in the analysis of documentation and any additional internal or external research required
- Active contribution and participation in all teams’ tasks
- Provide with a reporting to your coordinator on a regular basis
Working environment :
The KYC Oversight team is part of the Global Client Service which is a key component of the Global Client Group at BNP Paribas Asset Management. The principal objective of this team is to:
- Ensure timely reception and production of control reports in relation with identification and review of our investors files as per the agreed risk base approach. Ensure our objective to reflect correct investor status is met in all systems.
- Review service provided by our delegates by thorough analysis of data to ensure it is in line with agreed service agreement.
- Ensure regular communication and issues escalation to senior management in the possible delay
The primary mission of the Client Service Team is to establish and provide a proactive support platform for the BNP Paribas Asset Management Sales Channels, clients, and prospects.
