To support its current growth, BNP Paribas CIB is looking for a:
Private Capital Safekeeping Analyst (M/F) – CDI
Within a dedicated team of the Private Capital department, acting as Safekeeper of Private Capital assets and being fully integrated into the Net Asset Value calculation process, you will be in charge of :
· Maintenance of the portfolio of Private Capital entities on a lookthrough basis (Recordkeeping) by:
o Gathering and analysing the supporting documentation received for each portfolio transaction
o Reconciling cash movements with portfolio transactions
o Recording the portfolio transaction into the FIA software (Efront)
o Ensuring a strong understanding of the impact of the portfolio transaction recorded in FIA on the entity’s Net Asset Value, which is also caculated in FIA
o Producing periodical portfolio reports to be shared with clients and Fund Administration teams
· Reconciliation of the positions held in the portfolio of the Private Capital entities with external documentation on a lookthrough basis at least once a year (Ownership Verification) and production of the Asset Inventory for the annual statutory audits of the entity
· Providing quality assurance and maintaining constant communication with the client for documentation collection, cash flow management, and portfolio sharing
· Providing support to the Fund Administration teams and auditors in order to anticipate the impact on their respective duties
· Assistance in the development of internal tools and automations

Your profile:
Dynamic professional with experience in depositary and/or accounting in the business of Private Capital in Luxembourg.
Education:
Master’s Degree (>=5 years)
Professional Experience:
At least 2 years in a Depositary, AIFM, Management Company, Administrator, or Audit firm (Solely for Private Capital Funds)

Criminal Record :
