Tax Officer – CDD (H/F)
The operational management of Tax Relief at source and Tax Reclaims for Investment Funds has become an important part of the performance of asset management products as well as a regulatory and commercial challenge.
Your role will be to manage and coordinate daily the operational aspects of securities tax matters within the Global Operations Provider Oversight Department.
You will act as a point of contact within the BNP Paribas Asset Management Investment Funds Tax Hub team for all matters related to tax documentation and will be required to exchange regularly with the custodian, tax advisors, Fund managers, Fund legal & Project teams. In this context, you will also have to prepare, complete, and collect various Tax forms for the depositaries so that the fund Income benefits from the domestic and /or treaty reduced tax rates where possible.
In connection with the various custodians and Tax providers you will work on tax matters related to BNPP AM Investments Funds and you will follow-up the different tax treatments depending on the country of residence of the fund and the investments carried out by the Portfolio manager.

Your profile
Qualifications: University diploma (Bac+ 3 to Bac+5)
Professional experience:
Training in the Financial Sector / banking is a plus.

Technical Competencies:
Knowledge of how investment funds operate is considered an asset.
