To support its current growth, BNP Paribas is looking for a:

CapLink Private – Client Onboarding Manager (H/F)

CDI (Permanent position)

Your mission: 

 

–  Oversee the CapLink Private (BNP Paribas Private Capital Portals) Client Onboarding, including planning, implementation, and reporting to stakeholders.

–  Provide continuous support to clients throughout the onboarding process.

–  Identify and coordinate the implementation of necessary features for new clients in accordance with relevant processes and with competent teams.

–  Liaise with internal teams (CapLink Private Change Management, GBCM, Vendor, etc.) contributing to or impacted by the onboarding process.

–  Report progress to relevant stakeholders.

–  Train relevant teams as needed.

Your profile

Education:

Bachelor degree

Professional Experience:

Proven record in project and people management

Experience in Private Capital, vendor management and client facing activities

Ability to multitask and interact with multiple teams towards a common goal

Fluent in English and French; German/other languages will be considered as an asset
