This year, Arval Luxembourg entered the “Great Place to Work” rankings for the first time, in recognition of the high-quality working conditions it offers its employees.
This seal of approval is based not only on an audit report covering HR practices and company culture, but also, and especially, on an anonymous questionnaire completed by employees on subjects as varied as pride, respect, friendliness, credibility and fairness.
This award, which is testimony to the wellbeing of Arval’s employees, is the result of the excellent dialogue that exists between managers and their staff.
Commenting on this distinction, Gerry Wagner, General Manager of Arval Luxembourg, said: “This award is a wonderful way to recognise everything we do to offer a working environment in which all our employees can thrive, both personally and professionally. This success encourages us to continue in the same vein so that we remain one of the Great Places to Work in Luxembourg for our current and future employees.”
As a major player in operational leasing in Luxembourg, Arval Luxembourg is convinced that the employees who make up our company are the driving force behind its business, and that their wellbeing is reflected in that of their customers.
